Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.
Delayed or Lost Packages

We will assist you in tracking your order or issuing a replacement if necessary.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Include photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can resolve the issue promptly with our shipping partner.
