Thank you for shopping at NoPullBuddy.com. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation (Important)
Orders may only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this 6-hour window, orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are already being processed.
Returns
We offer a 60-day return period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 60 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- All original tags and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition may be refused.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at contact@nopullbuddy.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once approved, we will send you instructions.
Do not return items without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the costs
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified by email
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items returned after the 60-day period
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
